Yoga is no longer just a flexibility exercise – it is a complete fitness system that helps build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress and support overall health. Many people focus only on weight training or cardio, but adding yoga in a weekly routine can improve athletic performance , reduce the risk of injury and increase mental focus. Just 20-30 minutes of daily practice, three to five days a week, can make a noticeable difference in physical and mental well-being.
