Spread your fingers and toes wide, and lift your hips, straightening your arms and legs. Keep your gaze directed forward and breathe deeply. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths.

3) Tree pose( Vriksasana) This pose improves balance and stability, while also stretching the groin and thighs. To perform this pose, start in the mountain pose. Shift your weight onto your left foot and raise your right leg straight behind you, with your knee bent to 90 degrees. keep your foot on the inner thigh of your left leg, and place your hand on your hip or in a prayer position.

Hold for 5 to 10 breaths then switch sides.

4) Revolved Triangle( Parivrtta Trikonasana) – This pose strengthens the legs and arms, while also improving balance and stability. To perform this pose, start in a triangle pose ( Trikonasana) with your right foot forward and your left foot back.

Turn your right foot out 90 degrees and shift your weight onto your left foot. Reach your arms up and keep your gaze directed forward. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths, then switch sides.

5) Crow pose( Bakasana) – This pose builds strength in the arms and shoulders, while also stretching the hips and chest. To perform this pose, start in plank pose with your hands on the ground shoulder-width apart. Step your left foot forward between your hands and shift your weight onto your right hand.

Keep your left foot off the ground and lift your right knee up to your chest. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths , then switch sides.

6) Bridge pose ( Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)– This pose strengthens the core and glutes, while also stretching the hamstrings and lower back. To perform this pose, start your back in the child’s pose ( Balasana) position.

Press your feet into the ground, and lift your hips to a bridge position. Keep your shoulder-width apart and your arms by your sides. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths, then lower down.

7) Mountain pose( Tadasana)-To practice this pose, stand your feet hip-width apart and distribute your weight evenly on all four corners of your feet, engaging your thigh muscles and lengthening your spine. Bring your shoulders back and down and extend your arms alongside your body with your palms facing forward.
