While, occasional anxiety is a normal human response, chronic anxiety can affect our physical health, relationships, productivity and overall well-being.
One of the most effective and scientifically supported ways to manage anxiety is through mindfulness.Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and acceptance. Mindfulness is built upon certain attitudes or mindset that help us respond to life more calmly and effectively.

Positive minds create positive vibes that create positive lives.
Mindfulness is a practice that involves being fully present in the moment and non-judgementally observing one’s thoughts, feelings, and sensations. When it comes to reducing anxiety, cultivating a mindful attitude can be incredibly beneficial.
Mindfulness allows us to interrupt automatic, reflexive fights, flights, or freeze reactions- reactions that can lead to anxiety, fear, and worry.
With this in mind, certain attitudes play an important role when working with anxiety mindfully. These attitudes are central to mindfulness and will help in developing and sustaining the practice. By practicing the attitude of mindfulness, anyone can achieve the goal. So, keep in mind that you may find slightly different lists of the attitudes of mindfulness in other places.

Here, I am describing some attitudes of mindfulness that support all of the other attitudes. These attitudes help to transform your anxiety and slowly decrease and find more ease, freedom, and peace.
1) Deep breathing exercise – take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Focus on the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.
