
Yoga is an art and science of healthy living. Yoga is known for its disease prevention, flexibility, balance, and promotion of health and management of many lifestyle-related disorders.
Yoga encourages a positive and healthy lifestyle for the physical, mental, and emotional health of people.
Yoga is a form of stretching combined with basic controlled breathing exercises.
It is both physical and mental training. Every man should consider doing Yoga to take care of his mind and body.

Movement, breath, mindful attention, and relaxation are the benefits of doing basic Yoga poses daily.
If anyone wants a different form of exercise that works well ( both mentally and physically ) then Yoga is the best for it.
There are 5 basic Yoga poses among various Yoga poses that can be done every day. These will take only 5-10 minutes.
1) Downward Dog- the downward dog pose is great to stretch and strengthen the lower back, hamstrings, calf, hand, shoulder and core muscles.
Hold for 2 minutes.

2) Cobra – the cobra pose strengthens the thorax, abdomen, lungs, and shoulder muscles and activates the basic core muscles.
Hold for 1 minute.

3) Cat cow – The cat-cow pose is a gentle flow between the two poses that warms the body and brings flexibility to the spine. It stretches the back torso and neck and softly stimulates and strengthens the abdominal organs.

4) Plank pose– Plank pose is an arm-balancing Yoga pose that tones the abdominal muscles while strengthening the arms and spine.
Hold for 1-2 minutes.

5) Bridge pose– Bridge pose is a beginning backbend that helps to open the chest and stretch the thighs.
Hold for 1-2 minutes.

These 5 basic Yoga poses should not be longer than 10 minutes to complete.
If anyone feels comfortable with the above poses then do it till the last exercise.
This usually takes about 2 minutes and is a full-body workout for arms, core, and back muscles, hamstring, and calves.
I suggest that go easy in the beginning and focus on the technique first and foremost.
After a few weeks, you will see the results and your strength will improve.
