A deep thought about the future without fear

Fear or failure,fear or rejection that we are just not enough – fear can keep us locked up in the prison of the comfortable and predictable,which presents us from reaching our potential.

Don’t let fear control you.If you are living in fear , your anxieties have escalated to the point that they are running the show.

Many of us spend a lot of time of worry about the future and living in fear of the past or the present,that affects on our thoughts and health as well as on society. We create a habit of fear , when fear comes and we are upset and worried , the first thing we need to do is acknowledged that fear. We can recognise and embrace it rather than acting it out.

Our fear is not just from our own birth and childhood, the fear we feel comes from both our own and our activities. Our feeling and we show around us that many people are suffering from hunger and other changes in life and there were moments when we were extremely anxious. That kind of fear has been transmitted to us, everyone of us has that fear inside and because we suffer from that fear ,we make the situation worse.

We worry about our safety,our job and our family.we worry about external threats .

However,we can prepare for the future with planning and without getting consumed by our negative thoughts.Often we either don’t plan at all or we get caught up in obsessive planning because we fear the future and it’s uncertainty.The present moment is where we need to operate.So, we know,there is no losing ourselves in worries and fear concerning the future. If we are grounded in the present moment,we can bring the future into the present to have a deep look without losing ourselves in anxieties and uncertainty.

If we are truly determined and and know how to take care of the present situations or moment as best we can ,we are doing our best for the future already.

The same is true about the past. The teaching and practice of mindfulness don’t forbid looking deeply into the past.But if we allow ourselves to drawn in regret and sorrow concerning the past,that is not right mindfulness.If we are well established in the present situations,we can bring the past back to the present moment and have a deep look.we can very well examine the past and the future while we are established in the present moment. In fact, we can learn from the past and make a plan for the future in the best way if we are serious and giving deep thought in the present moment.

Dreaming

How can we let go of fear and relinquish the anger and violence in us? We must listen deeply and learn to practice the way how to control the anger and fear – meditation,yoga and calmness practice,which letting go of their fear and violence, anger.

Practising mindfulness of fear and looking deeply into its origin provide the answer.

Accept your past without regret, handle your present without confidence and face your future without fear.

Fear can’t coexist with positive emotions.we can not feel both scared and joyful or afraid and peaceful.

Lifestyle and health: How is your life?

Workplace

Everyone wants to lead a happy comfortable and luxurious life. For this, they work hard and neglect their health. Our lifestyle not only influences our health and well-being but also the personality of our life. Our lifestyle affects someway society also.

Sometimes excessive noise, too much furniture equipment, poor lightening arrangement and ventilation. Too much heat/ cold, fast food habits diet and depression look and overwork may adversely affect our workplace and family life.

Furniture can be rearranged, noise can be controlled, sufficient light can be set and the place can be cheered up with pictures, flowers and plants and keeping it nicely cleaned. Overwork, fast food and other stressed work can be controlled.

Similarly, our family life also plays a key role in keeping and maintaining good health and well-being. Keeping a good relationship with children and other members of the family, feeling of loving and getting love, spending time with the family can solve many problems in daily life and reduce the stress in life.

Except it, proper communication is the key to maintaining balance in life. Identification of the problem followed by taking initiative and discussing the problems with family members and other play a vital role.

Science and Technology have made people leisure which needs an effort of planning for proper use. Mostly, we are not aware of it and as such we don’t plan for it and fail to enjoy it fully.

Life is like a river that goes on flowing.

Health and balanced lives are based on our thinking. On goal points and so we should start to improve our health and family life as we as do for society.

Every part of our life relies on us having good health.

Everybody’s self-esteem and outlook influence our life. so, we need to develop a positive outlook and attitude towards leisure to develop more benefits from physical activities so that we may have a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Take care of your body. It is the only place you have to live in.

Gardening: A hobby

Gardening is my favourite hobby — while working in the garden, I spend my time in a better way. It is indeed a favourite part-time for me. With our busy and concrete lifestyle, gardening is the only way that keeps us connected to mother nature.

Gardening is a hobby that people can start from a small place to a big place. It keeps people busy and smiles on seeing the plants. Usually, in the garden as flowers, vegetables, fruits and herbs can be often grown and planted.

Gardening ranges from fruit orchards to long planting with one or more different types of trees, herbal plants and coffee or tea estate. It can be as a lawn or grown inside or outside the house in a small plot. It involves active participation in the growth of plants.

Tea estate

A hobby that gives delight and a smile. It helps in passing the leisure time. Most of us have some hobby or the other. Hobbies differ from person to person. Taste differ and so do hobbies. Some have been interested in painting, writing, swimming and photography. Like that so many hobbies which can be done by different person mood.

This hobby not only enriches us but also provides the vital energy boost to help in our daily life.

Just imagine how people feel when they touch the green plants and flowers and are filled with joy and smiles.

So, we can derive great pleasure from gardening, growing flowers and some seasonal vegetables. Gardening reminds us to live in nature. Gardening keeps us busy and immune to our immune system.

Besides this, Gardening helps the environment by reducing air pollution, filtering the groundwater.

It is an effective way to boost our mood and stress-free.

There are some benefits of gardening-

1) It burns a lot of calories

2) It can relieve stress

3) It can lower blood pressure

4) Fresh fruits and vegetables can help in the digestive system

5) Spending time outside is good for the mind and body.

6) It helps decrease stress, anxiety and improves mood.

7)It helps in decreasing cholesterol levels.

Gardening is a good exercise for both mind and body. Gardening keeps our daily life fresh, watering the plants, nurturing them, cleaning them all give us a sense of freshness and calmness in our mind.

Gardening gives us immense joy we can see the shrubs and the flowers growing.

Gardens are good and enjoyable pass time. In different seasons, people also plant seasonal fruits and vegetables.

So, it is necessary to rethink to priorities of our activities and may need to move a variety and activities in our leisure time, to increase our friend circle, do more exercise and originate a new interest.

A healthy and balanced life is based on our thinking, on good points and so we should start to improve our health and family life as well as do for society.

Here, I am just narrating a story:

Two friends whose name was Sunil and Ajay had a lot in common — they both are in the twenties, work on night shift, had junk food habits, smoke and drink frequently and barely ever exercise. But the similarities do not end there. Both of them aged 22 and 25 respectively — had acute heart attacks. It is so shocking because this acute heart attack affects people above 50 years.

What we more worrying was that they had no previous history of heart disease or the usual risk factors like diabetes and obesity. So, it was a result of the unhealthy lifestyle they had been leading for years.

So, my dear friend…now the choice is yours. Judge yourself and live a healthy life.
